• Provides autonomous clinical breast imaging leadership and diagnostic interpretation.
• Mentors radiographers and trainees in breast imaging.
• Performs screening, diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound and image-guided procedures.

Responsibilities

• Independent clinical breast examination and imaging interpretation.
• Lead and participate in MDT discussions for breast care.
• Oversee breast imaging reporting and patient care pathways.
• Provide ultrasound and percutaneous procedures under ultrasound, stereotactic or clinical guidance.
• Support education, supervision and professional development of staff.
