Lead Boiler Installer

Crawley

£45,000 - £55,000 per year, company van, pension, overtime, 20 days holiday + bank holidays + Training on Heat Pumps

Are you a skilled Heating Engineer who takes pride in delivering flawless installations?

We are a well‑established heating and renewable energy installation company with over 25 years' experience. Specialising in boiler and air source heat pump installations, we complete nearly 200 installations annually, combining high standards with a close‑knit, supportive team. We are passionate about developing our engineers and providing them with the tools, training, and opportunities to grow their careers.

This role is ideal for an installer with a strong hands‑on background. You will have proven experience installing boilers and air source heat pumps, with knowledge of central heating systems and wiring. You take pride in completing jobs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard, and you enjoy mentoring junior colleagues and sharing your expertise.

This role is for a Lead Installer who will take ownership of installations, mentor junior engineers, and ensure every job meets the highest quality standards. You'll work independently on‑site while being part of a team that prioritises safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
