Job summary

Hoare Lea is seeking a Principal BIM Specialist in London for its Digital Solutions Group. You will lead BIM workflows, coordinate ICT and AV modelling, and contribute to data-rich 3D models, 2D outputs, and project documentation across healthcare, education, residential and commercial sectors.

You will drive innovation in BIM, apply automation tools to optimize workflows, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver smart and sustainable building solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Revit projects.
• Familiarity with clash detection and CDE workflows.
• Willingness to contribute ideas and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, data-rich 3D models and 2D outputs using Autodesk Revit.
• Set up and manage ICT and AV models, including racks and smart systems.
• Create Revit families and maintain well-structured models.
• Develop and present design concepts for AV systems.
• Coordinate information across disciplines and resolve clashes.
