Lead BIM Coordinator/Junior BIM Manager – Main Contractor

Location: Liverpool Street, London | Salary: £55,000-£65,000 plus package

Are you an experienced BIM Coordinator who loves the idea of working at the leading edge of Digital Delivery on major projects? Are you frustrated by working in a company that sees BIM as a box‑ticking exercise? You will be working with a Top 20 UK Main Contractor as part of their Digital Delivery Team on some absolutely incredible projects across London, from the tender stage all the way through to final completion. You will run all things BIM on these projects, managing internal and subcontractor coordination teams, chairing various meetings and much more.

Over the last two years, this business has positioned BIM as the cornerstone of everything they do, embracing how proper BIM execution not only delivers right projects but also benefits the building’s lifecycle after completion.

We have spent the last three months planning the next two years of growth for the BIM functions across business units and creating a career progression and CPD proposition that we feel is ahead of anything else in the UK.

Requirements: You will need to have experience as a BIM Coordinator at construction stage (not necessarily from a main contractor). Experience with different types of contractors is valued, and familiarity with Revizto will set you apart.
