Hickory's Smokehouse in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Bartender to lead bar shifts and inspire the team with guest-led service. You will support the Bar HOD, overseeing daily operations and helping to deliver a five-star guest experience.

The role offers a package of up to £16.25 per hour including Tip Jar, along with training, progression opportunities and wellbeing support in a busy, award-winning environment that values staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in the UK
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support bar shifts and lead by example as a guest-led leader.
• Assist the Bar Head of Department and oversee daily bar operations.
• Deliver an exceptional guest and team experience with a focus on 5-star service.
