Job summary

The Hoxton is looking for a Head Bartender to lead our bar team in a fun, relaxed atmosphere where guests can wind down and enjoy themselves.

You’ll contribute ideas to our evolving menu, demonstrate top wine and cocktail knowledge, and set service standards that ensure memorable guest experiences. We value individuality, teamwork, and a hands-on, no-ego approach, with opportunities to grow within a global family of brands.

Qualifications

• A natural at leading and managing others, you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self
• Previous Head Bartender or Bartender experience, ready for a step up with great wine & cocktail knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves
• Be creative and share ideas to develop our menu – play a part in innovating our bar concept and staying on (and even ahead) of trends
• Know your product and systems inside out
• Lead your team by example, driving service standards that strive for the best for the guest; encouraging your team to grow and develop, the Hox way
