Hyatt Regency London Olympia will be part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic convention centre rebuilt in 1873, into a comprehensive convention, entertainment, and cultural district in West London. Anchored by the iconic glass barrel‑vaulted roofs of the Grand and National Halls, the new 14-acre site will feature a boutique multi‑screen arthouse cinema, a 4,000‑capacity music and performing arts venue, a 1,500‑seat theatre, a rooftop sky garden, as well as restaurants, shops, cafés, and office and co‑working spaces.
Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, as well as a lobby lounge. Additionally, there will be three meeting rooms and direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.
Lead the bar team in delivering personalised and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and preferences to create memorable experiences
Demonstrate mixology skills, crafting signature cocktails and ensuring all beverages meet the highest quality and presentation standards
Oversee the setup and daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficiency and consistently high standards
Maintain strong knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently advise guests
Ensure adherence to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold exceptional service levels
Mentor, train, and support bar colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture
Coordinate and manage bar setup for special events, private functions, and promotions
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
Previous experience in a senior bartender or head bartender role within the premium hospitality sector is preferred. You have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to deliver consistently high standards of service.
