Job summary

The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the Chet’s bar team, creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere for guests in West London.

You’ll drive drink menus, showcase wine and cocktail knowledge, and set service standards by example, helping the team grow while delivering memorable experiences.

You’ll work closely with the restaurant and events teams, train staff, and contribute to a culture that blends Thai-American comfort with classic hospitality.

Qualifications

• Leads and manages others by example, creating an environment for the team to excel.
• Previous Head Bartender or Bartender experience with strong wine & cocktail knowledge.
• A positive, flexible, team‑oriented approach to hospitality.
