Job summary

The London Clinic is seeking a Band 6 Sister / Charge Nurse for our Stem Cell Transplant Unit. You will support the Ward Manager in daily unit operations, coordinate shifts and offer clinical guidance to colleagues while balancing direct patient care with team development.

Based in a dedicated cancer centre, you will work with haematology specialists and a multidisciplinary team to support patients through transplantation and recovery, sharing knowledge and shaping care as you grow into

Qualifications

• Experienced haematology or stem cell transplant nurse who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
• Strong leadership and team development skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate shifts and provide clinical guidance to the team.
