Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence in Cheltenham is seeking a Contract Lead Business Analyst for an initial six-month engagement, with the potential extension. The role is on-site in Cheltenham with some flexibility and requires active eDV clearance.

You will lead a small team of BAs, run workshops with senior stakeholders, and translate complex requirements from discovery through delivery while coordinating with architects, delivery leads and engineering teams to keep the programme moving.

Qualifications

• Active eDV clearance is essential.
• Proven experience leading BAs in complex environments.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Defence/government sector background is a plus.

Contract Lead Business Analyst - Cheltenham

Rate: Up to £800 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: Cheltenham (on-site, with some flexibility)

Clearance: Active eDV required

Duration: 6 months initial, with likely extension

The role

You'll lead business analysis on a high-profile programme in the national security space. You'll own requirements from discovery through to delivery. You'll work with senior stakeholders and steer a small team of analysts.
