With a strong pipeline of projects already secured for 2026, they are looking to welcome an experienced Lead AV Designer to the team.

Lead AV Role

As Lead AV Design Engineer, you’ll take ownership of high-end residential (and occasional commercial) AV system design from concept through to completion. You’ll work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and internal technical teams to ensure every system is beautifully designed, technically robust, and seamlessly integrated into the built environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare rack elevations, cable schedules, mounting details and network topology diagrams
  • Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings, providing expert technical guidance
  • Assist with fee proposals, scopes of work, and design rationale when required
  • Produce supporting collateral such as technical brochures, system summaries and visual presentation material
  • Support the creation of as-built drawings and O&M manual documentation
Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Competent in MS Office and structured digital file management (network drives, Dropbox, OneDrive)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a high-end AV integrator
  • Confident client-facing and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of delivering premium-level AV designs
  • Working knowledge of Revit (and willingness to upskill) would be an advantage
What’s on Offer
  • Up to £42k salary + lead-based bonus
  • Hybrid working - up to two days per week from home
  • 28 days’ holiday + your birthday off
  • On the anniversary of 5 years of continuous employment you receive a one off £5k bonus and 5 additional days leave on top of your standard leave
  • Excellent fully paid Christmas & Summer Party (some examples of previous events: Sailing to Cowes, Box at the O2, Clay Pigeon Shooting and a hotel stay in the Cotswolds)
