Janus Digital, a growing AI-driven building technology company, seeks a Senior Project Manager based in London to lead end-to-end autonomous-building deployments. You will own financial performance, technical scope, regulatory compliance and risk across multiple sites.

You will bridge mechanical/electrical engineering with generative AI, coordinating AI/ML teams, IT/OT interfaces and regulatory requirements to deliver cutting-edge, autonomous assets.

Formación

• 8+ years in Building Management Systems, MEP or construction/technology delivery.
• PM/PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Proven ownership of project P&L: costing, risk and profit accountability.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder-management skills under high-pressure on-site conditions.
• Fluent written and spoken English; right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing with accountability for P&L, margin and revenue realization.
• Define the Work Breakdown Structure for complex building automation and manage delivery across multiple sites.
• Oversee installation of IoT devices, gateways and BMS integrations, coordinating MEP reviews before deployment.
• Manage the transition from supervised AI operation to autonomous operation with telemetry, monitoring and escalation design.
• Identify and mitigate cyber-physical risk and manage change requests against budget, timeline and compliance.
• Ensure delivery meets UK regulatory landscape (BREEAM, Building Safety Act 2022, ISO 19650, UK GDPR) with specialist teams.
• Coordinate Solution Architects, Delivery Engineers and AI/ML teams to unify cross-disciplinary workstreams.
• Train the trainer: experience in training people and creating training programmes.
• Act as primary client contact through UAT and handover into autonomous operation; mentor PMs across Global Delivery.
