Job summary

ISOQAR is seeking a Lead Auditor based in Stockton on Tees to plan, conduct, and lead independent third-party audits across diverse industries. You will gather evidence, prepare clear audit reports, and communicate findings in opening and closing meetings.

The role includes travel and ongoing professional development through a structured training program. Previous auditing is useful but not required; the program leads to Lead Auditor qualifications (ISO 9001/14001/45001) and supports career

Qualifications

Hands-on operational experience in relevant industries.
Strong communication, analytical thinking and report writing are essential.
Willingness to travel regionally/nationally and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, and lead independent, third-party audits.
Gather objective evidence and prepare clear, impartial audit reports.
Host opening and closing meetings to communicate findings.
Build and maintain professional client relationships.
Continue developing your knowledge of the industry and evolving standards.
Complete auditor training and achieve Lead Auditor qualifications (supported by ISOQAR).
