We\'re working exclusively with a high-end residential AV specialist based in London who are seeking a talented Audio Visual Lead Engineer ready to take the next step into project management. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with hands-on installation experience and a proven ability to lead teams, who\'s now looking to transition into a full-time Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site AV installations across high-end residential projects
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and subcontractors
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation
• Support procurement and logistics coordination
• Ensure installations meet technical specifications and aesthetic standards
• Contribute to project handovers and client training sessions

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in residential AV installation (Crestron, Control4, Lutron, etc.)
• Experience leading teams or managing site-based activities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Keen interest in progressing into full-time project management
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Full UK driving licence
• ECS/CSCS card and relevant certifications (desirable)
