Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in delivering care.
  • Completion of medication administration training.
  • Experience in team member induction and supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best practice care and assist with daily living.
  • Perform clinical tasks such as medication administration and wound care.
  • Provide direction and support to Health Care Assistants.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and maintain care standards.
  • Adhere to all Oakland Care policies and promote safe practices.
