Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Lead Artist who acts as a true brand ambassador, living the company values and driving results at retail artist level. You will coach and inspire the Retail Artists, showcase exceptional artistry, and build lasting customer relationships—while maintaining the brand’s signature look and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Build brand awareness through strong product knowledge demonstrations
• Book appointments and maximise consultations
• Drive customer data collection for direct marketing within guidelines
• Coach and inspire the retail artist team; deliver on-the-spot feedback
• Drive in-store masterclasses and events; ensure appointments are booked
• Support counter events and new product launches with ideas and initiative
• Maintain immaculate grooming reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury look

A lead artist is a true brand ambassador who lives and breathes our values. Combining artistry and commerce - our lead artists drive targets through building lasting customer relationships and showcasing exceptional artistry. A lead artist has a track record of delivering results at retail artist level and can lead by example and coach retail artist teams to succeed.,

• Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPI's
• Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of strong product knowledge
• Be proactive in booking appointments and maximizing every consultation
• Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within Company guidelines
• Be an inspiration to the team, demonstrating exceptional artistry; giving on the spot coaching and feedback to develop the Retail Artists
• Fluency in Charlotte Tilbury's makeup style, language and expertise in product knowledge
• Drive masterclasses and event activity in-store, ensure appointments are fully booked
• Bring active support and initiative for counter events/new product launches; sharing ideas
• Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards always, reflecting your makeup look and in accordance with the Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelines
