Qualifications

• Proven experience of RIBA Works Stages 0-7 and leading projects from conception to delivery.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
• Ability to deliver presentations and adapt designs to international contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design outputs and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for projects.
• Facilitate meetings with clients including senior officials and ambassadors.
• Prepare fee proposals and scope of work for upcoming projects.

Skills

ARB Registered Architect

Experience in new build and refurbishment

Proficient in Revit

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of UK Planning Regulations
