Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Architect/Architecture Technologist/Lead Consultant to lead multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering projects at a Technical Director level for Data Centre clients across the UK & Ireland and Europe. You will build strong client relationships and oversee design information, ensuring delivery to tight timelines and profitability.

Qualifications

Fully qualified Architect or Technologist (Chartered or equivalent).
Proven related technical experience in data centre projects.
Experience with various forms of building contracts.
Excellent communication across UK and Europe and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead Designer/ Consultant on a portfolio of Data Centre projects.
Coordinate discipline leads across Architecture and Engineering deliverables.
Lead bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients.
Ensure internal governance is followed at bid stage and during delivery of projects.
Identify and secure targeted projects/revenue and present to clients.
Support other Directors in this sector with internal management and strategy.
Perform general administrative and management duties for the data centre team.
