Job summary
Oberlanders Architects LLP is seeking ARB-registered Architects to join our Oxford and London studios. You will lead and support projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include design leadership, planning and building regulations submissions, technical drawing in Revit, and collaboration with engineers and contractors on-site. Excellent communication is essential.
Qualifications
- ARB-registered architect with RIBA Part 3 qualification.
- Experience in UK architectural practice across RIBA stages.
- Strong design and technical drawing skills with Revit.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of UK planning, building regulations and contract admin.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and construction knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project coordination through RIBA stages.
- Oversee planning applications and building regulations submissions.
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings using Revit and other tools.
- Support concept design, schematic and design development.
- Collaborate with senior architects and design teams.
- Conduct site visits and surveys for data gathering.
- Coordinate timelines and communicate with stakeholders.
- Present ideas and designs to clients and consultants.
