Job summary

PRL Site Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Lifting Specialist to plan, coordinate and control lifting operations for a new build CCUS project in the UK.

You will produce Lift Plans, discuss rigging diagrams and ensure safe execution of complex lifts for large bore pipe spools and modules. Qualifications

• CPCS A61 Appointed Person (Blue Card) – essential.
• CPCS Crane Supervisor A62 or NPORS equivalent.
• 10+ years heavy lifting experience, 5+ years as AP on CCUS/oil & gas projects.
• Proven experience with heavy wall pipe (12"-48").
• Proficient in AutoCAD or rigging software for diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of LOLER, PUWER, and BS 7121 Parts 1-3.
• CSCS / CCNSG Safety Passport, SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.

Responsibilities

• Produce, review and approve Lift Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments for Category A, B & C lifts.
• Create and check rigging diagrams, sling configurations, CoG calculations for large bore pipe spools (up to 20T+), vessels and skids.
• Plan lift & shift sequences for pipe racks, piperacks modules, absorber columns and compressor packages.
• Chair lift briefings and toolbox talks with crane supervisors, slinger/signallers and rigging crews.
