Frontier in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Lead Animator to helm one of our Animation teams on an exciting new project.

You will own progress, set quality standards, and work with Production to plan scope, schedules and risks, while guiding artistry and pipelines.

The role offers a hybrid studio setup, relocation support, and a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Significant animation experience in games, including leading large teams on complex projects.
• Strong character/creature animation craft and pipelines understanding.
• Proven ability to plan delivery, balance capacity and recover off-track work.
• Effective people leadership with coaching and performance management.
• Experience coordinating with Production, Project Direction and external partners.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Own animation progress, delivery and quality on the assigned project.
• Lead and organise a large animation team with clear ownership.
