Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an Air Conditioning Working Supervisor to oversee two engineers at a large Windsor site. You will service and repair ageing air conditioning systems, taking a hands-on role and leading the technical direction for the site.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in air conditioning and f-gas, plus the ability to pass DBS/security checks. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule and 25 days leave.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience servicing and repairing air conditioning systems
• Experience managing other engineers in a supervisory role
• Must be technically competent on older air conditioning/ventilation systems
• Willingness to pass enhanced DBS and security checks
• Must be within commutable distance of Windsor

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2 experienced engineers and work on the tools
• Carry out servicing and repairs on air conditioning systems across a large site
• Manage KPI's and ensure Health & Safety across the site
• Provide technical assistance to other engineers and act as site technical lead
