Qualifications

• 10+ years developing backend systems
• Fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Proficiency in Python and testing/automation
• Experience managing teams of 5+ engineers
• Experience building LLM-based systems is a plus
• Interest in energy markets and grid decarbonisation
• Experience with AI coding tools and data-driven decisions
