A leading coffee brand in the UK is seeking a Lead Agile Delivery Manager to oversee critical People and Workplace technology initiatives. In this role, you will manage stakeholder relationships, foster a high-performing team environment, and lead the adoption of Agile methodologies. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in agile planning. This position offers flexible work arrangements as the Support Centre moves to St Albans in January 2027.
