Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist in Acute Medicine. You will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality pharmacy care, with mentorship roles for junior staff and a focus on medicines optimisation and governance.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in pharmacy (GPhC registered).
• Recent significant post-registration experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Experience as or working toward independent prescribing is required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Acute Medicine service provision with high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Provide mentorship, training and supervision for junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Contribute to governance through audits, service evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement medicines optimisation priorities with the Pharmacy Leadership Team.
