Role Overview

The Learning Enhancement and Academic Development Centre (LEAD) at Queen Margaret University is seeking a proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused LEAD Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the QMU Learning, Teaching and Assessment Strategy and to support a wide range of enhancement activities, including postgraduate courses, the ASPIRE Fellowship Scheme, and CPD events for on-campus, QMU Online and our Global Partner staff.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be coordinating events and conferences on campus and online, managing processes, databases, and reporting to ensure smooth operations. You will contribute to communications through web content, social media, newsletters, and SharePoint updates, assist with budget management, and produce reports, presentations, and guidance materials. We’re looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines, confident with Microsoft 365 tools, proactive, and committed to inclusion, with an interest in supporting teaching and learning.
