• Experience in roles supporting people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Responsibilities

• Support young men with Learning Disabilities and Autism in daily living.
• Encourage independence and community involvement.
• Participate in a Multi Disciplinary Team setting.

Skills

Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism

Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Knowledge of safe and appropriate restraint reduction practice

Strong teamwork skills

Good self-awareness and physical fitness
