Job summary

AutoSkills United Kingdom is recruiting an experienced LCV Technician to join an established fleet operation in Sheffield. The role offers a signing bonus, overtime, manufacturer training and progression towards Master Technician status.

The technician will service, maintain and repair light commercial vehicles, diagnose faults, prepare for MOT testing and keep accurate maintenance records while upholding high safety and workmanship standards. Monday to Friday, with regular pay reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Previous experience as an LCV Technician or Van Technician.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently or in a team.
• Overtime opportunities.
• Monday-Friday working with no weekends.
• Manufacturer training and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair light commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT testing.
• Complete job cards and maintenance records.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
