Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced LCV Technician for a respected Exeter automotive service centre. You will service, repair, and diagnose light commercial vehicles in a busy workshop, ensuring faults are fixed to a high standard.

The role offers up to £48,000 per year (£22/hour) with overtime paid, and a 4 on/4 off pattern. Mon–Fri work with shift hours discussed to suit the chosen pattern, providing good work‑life balance and long-term stability.

Qualificações

• Experienced LCV Technician
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop

Responsabilidades

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, exhausts, clutches and batteries
• Conduct vehicle health checks and report additional work
• Ensure work is completed to high standards and in line with safety regulations
