Job description

Vehicle Technician – Dartford

Hourly 8:30am-5pm Mon‑Fri, 1/3 Sat 8:30‑12:00 (overtime paid). Earnings up to £45k basic (£60k OTE).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems across engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections).
• Use diagnostic tools/software to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep up‑to‑date with latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a vehicle technician and/or up‑to‑date qualification.
• Bonus: MOT qualification.
• Pride in workmanship, incredible attention to detail.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Stocked toolbox.
