A well-known vehicle maintenance company is seeking a qualified technician in City Of London to perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical knowledge in mechanical repair, excellent customer care skills, and a valid driving license. Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to VOSA standard
  • Diagnose and rectify all types of faults
  • Handle vehicles carefully and adhere to health & safety regulations
  • Liaise with the parts department for correct parts
  • Complete job cards and service sheets in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
  • Attend training courses to enhance product knowledge

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of LCV's to VOSA standard
  • Diagnose and rectify all types of faults
  • Ensure all vehicles worked upon are handled carefully and that all precautions are taken whilst on the premises
  • Liaise with the parts department to attain correct parts
  • Ensure health & safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
  • Ensure appropriate clocking’s are made, all job cards and service sheets are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
  • Maintain a thorough and current product knowledge and attend training courses
