You will play a key role in carrying out transactions to maximise the council’s property portfolio income and support high‑profile projects such as the Sea Lanes Outdoor Swimming Pool, Kingsway to the Sea redevelopment, and the acquisition of new‑build apartment blocks for the council’s housing strategy.
