Cheshire East Council’s Legal Services Team is recruiting Lawyers and Senior Lawyers to join the Childcare legal team. You will provide legal and procedural advice to support the Council and its services, including advocacy where needed.

We are seeking Lawyers to join our Childcare legal team.
The roles provides legal and procedural advice and support to our client department, in the most effective and efficient way to meet the requirements of the Council as a whole and specific Services and Departments.
These roles provide support to the Principal Lawyers, including but not limited to, conducting Childcare proceedings, and/ or pre-proceedings on behalf of the Council, including advocacy. These roles are diverse and no two days are the same.
