We're looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, Chartered or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with the right to conduct litigation with experience Children's Social Care. You should possess a robust understanding of local government law, and have hands-on experience in preparing cases and drafting legal documents. You should have experience conducting care proceedings cases, including providing advice, attending PLO meetings, and undertaking advocacy. You should also have experience with other types of litigation related to children.
