We're looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, Chartered or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with the right to conduct litigation with experience Children's Social Care. Your professional confidence will shine through as you lead on challenging cases and provide high-level advice. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, you're ready to engage with our clients and stakeholders. You should have experience conducting care proceedings cases, including providing advice, attending PLO meetings, and undertaking advocacy. You should also have experience with other types of litigation related to children. Additionally, you must be capable of providing detailed advice to clients about all aspects of childcare law, with a focus on safeguarding children and understanding local authority duties regarding their well-being.
