Associate Solicitor / Senior Associate Solicitor – Catastrophic Injury

Location : Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle or Sheffield

Salary : Competitive

My client is seeking a motivated Associate to join their highly respected Catastrophic Injury team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within one of the strongest practices in the market, supporting a renowned Partner on complex, sensitive, and high-value cases, including matters that have attracted national media attention.

The Role :
  • Investigate and manage high-value, multi-track, and large-loss cases
  • Work on complex motor, EL / PL, and sport-related concussion matters
  • Handle both pre-litigated and litigated files
  • Manage cases involving brain injury, spinal injury, chronic pain, and major loss
  • Collaborate with a top-tier, forward-thinking team recognised for innovation and client-focused solutions
  • Engage with cross-border cases via an international office network

  • Comfortable with client contact, relationship building, and attending business development events
  • Ability to manage complex, high-value files with precision and professionalism
