Parklands Care Homes in Keith are hiring a part-time Laundry Assistant to support residents with clean clothing and linens. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on hygiene, safety, and collaboration with care staff.

The role requires accurate laundry processes, attention to detail, and the ability to operate laundry machinery safely. Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred, with flexible weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all laundry is cleaned, pressed, and returned to residents in a timely manner.

• Inspect items for cleanliness, maintain laundry equipment, and follow infection control procedures.
• Accurate record-keeping, responding to residents' requests, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Work closely with staff to ensure efficient service, and duties may vary over time.
• Duties may vary over time based on needs.

The Role
