Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Laundry Assistant in Bath to help ensure residents have clean clothing and bedding, contributing to a comfortable home environment.

You will sort, wash, dry and iron laundry and support the smooth running of the home. Start and finish times can be flexible, with a total of 11 hours per week, and full training will be provided to help you thrive.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Laundry Assistant at a Barchester care home, you1 help to make sure our residents receive quality care and support in the best possible surroundings. By making sure each resident has clean clothing and bedding, you1 be playing your own part in helping everyone to feel comfortable and at home. The role of Laundry Assistant involves sorting, washing, drying, ironing and contributing to the overall look and feel of the home. Its a great way to get a sense of what it takes to keep everything running smoothly in our homes and it could open up other opportunities as you develop.
