Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Limited is seeking a Laundry Assistant to ensure laundry requirements are undertaken to a high standard and to maintain a safe environment for staff and residents.

You will follow Health & Safety at Work legislation, industry Codes of Practice and Environmental Health guidelines while applying cleaning and laundering procedures. The role offers opportunities to learn and develop skills within a caring team.

Job description

As a Laundry Assistant, you will ensure that all laundry requirements are undertaken to a high standard, and keep the laundry room a safe environment for all staff and residents. Part of this will be ensuring that all Health & Safety at Work legislation is followed, including all requirements under specific industry Codes of Practice and Environmental Health guidelines.

Knowledge of cleaning and laundering procedures.
