• Qualified Teacher Status or confirmation that QTS will be awarded following completion of teacher training.
• Recent UK primary school experience through placements or employment.
• Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Positive, reflective and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances where applicable and suitable professional references.
• Comprehensive employment history covering the previous 10 years where possible.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Primary National Curriculum.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and backgrounds.
