Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Cover Supervisors to support partner schools in Daventry and the surrounding area. This role does not require QTS and suits candidates looking to enter education or gain classroom experience.

You will deliver pre-prepared tasks, help keep lessons on track, and manage student focus across year groups, working with schools on flexible short- and long-term assignments.

Qualifications

• Confident and approachable individuals.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom calmly and confidently.
• Reliable and professional.
• Genuine interest in working in education.
• Previous experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• QTS is not required.

Responsabilités

• Support partner schools across Daventry and surrounding area.
• Keep lessons running smoothly when the usual teacher is unavailable.
• Deliver pre-prepared work to pupils.
• Manage the classroom and keep students focused and engaged.
