Job summary

Zurich Insurance in London offers a Sustainable Energy Graduate Programme designed to rotate you through Energy underwriting, Claims, and Zurich Resilience Solutions, building a broad foundation in risk, pricing and sustainability.

You will complete a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship equivalent to a bachelor's degree, with a hybrid working arrangement and strong development support for your future career.

Qualifications

• Full right to work and reside in the UK – sponsorship not provided.
• Hybrid workforce; must be within commutable distance of London office.
• Passion for sustainability.
• You must have recently achieved (or on track to achieve) a 2.1 or above from your bachelor’s degree.
• At least 96 UCAS points – CCC grades from 3 A-levels.
• A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE.

Responsibilities

• Undergoing three-team rotations: Energy underwriting, Claims, and Zurich Resilience Solutions to gain broad risk and insurance knowledge.
• Assist in evaluating applications, determining terms, and setting premiums with a sustainability lens.
• Work with clients and internal teams to implement risk management and sustainable solutions across the claims process.
