Job summary

First Military Recruitment are seeking a Personal Trainer / Coach to join a growing fitness business at their soon to be new site in Tenterden. The role will support the launch, with the facility opening in February 2027 and the successful candidate starting in January 2027.

You will deliver high-quality group training, create an engaging member experience and help people achieve their fitness goals. Ex-Service PTIs are encouraged to apply alongside civilians with relevant qualifications.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
• Experience delivering group fitness or training sessions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
• Ex-Service PTI background would be highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured group coaching sessions
• Maintain a safe, motivating and inclusive training environment
• Work with members of different abilities and fitness levels
• Build strong relationships with members
• Support member progression and retention
• Work towards individual and team KPIs
• Contribute to the development of the new Tenterden site
