Latimer is the home building arm of Clarion Housing Group, developing homes in thriving mixed-use communities. Latimer are looking for ambitious, passionate and dedicated graduates to embark on a journey within our Development Graduate Programme. Roles are available in London or Manchester.

Master the Numbers Behind New Homes

  • Your work affects 360,000+ people across England

  • Manage commercial aspects of £10-100M+ developments
  • Master procurement, risk management, and contract negotiations

You\'ll be part of the action from the start - working on live commercial management, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation for major residential developments.

Two-Year Structured Programme - Develop deep commercial expertise:

Year 1:

  • Collaborate with Development teams on procurement and risk management
  • Track supplier and joint venture partner performance against contracts
  • Support cost planning and project management operations
  • Build strong internal client relationships across the business

Year 2:

  • Lead contract negotiations - Heads of Terms, Development Management Agreements, Building Contracts
  • Monitor contractor performance and contractual obligations
  • Review external agreements to identify and manage operational risks
  • Maintain relationships with Local Authorities, developer partners, and housing colleagues

Proper Career Investment

  • Monthly sessions with 10 other graduates

The Package

London: £31,500 + bonus | Camden office
Manchester: £27,300 + bonus | City centre
