Purpose of the Role

We are now looking for a Large Project Sales Person to drive sales growth for large new-build and retrofit system projects, with a primary focus on offshore and military market segments worldwide. This role will include the sales ofCathelco and Transvac products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver agreed sales targets for large-scale projects.
  • Lead and contribute to tender preparation, documentation, and submission.
  • Evaluate project profitability, commercial risks, and long-term return on investment.
  • Ensure internal approval processes are followed in line with the company’s matrix guidelines.
  • Maintain an up-to-date project pipeline and provide regular progress reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the bidding and negotiation process.
  • Attend client and subcontractor meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and project performance requirements.
Key Requirements
  • Solid background in project sales, preferably within the marine, offshore, or military industries.
  • Knowledge of MGPS and ICCP technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly suited to high-value and complex projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong numerical and analytical ability.
