Large Format Project Manager

Location: Huddersfield
Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We’re working with a well established manufacturer in the large format print and display sector who are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone already working as a Project Manager in large format or signage, or perhaps a Production Supervisor / Team Leader looking to take the next step into a more client-facing, project driven position.

The Role

• Manage projects from concept through to completion — from initial briefing to artwork, proofing, production, procurement, and final installation.

• Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams across production, design, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and accurate delivery.

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track and commercially viable.

• Tackle challenges head on, adapting to changes and finding creative solutions while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow, and overall project delivery.

About You

• Previous experience in large format print or signage is essential.

• Background as a Project Manager, Production Supervisor, or Team Leader within print, signage, or display production.

• Highly organised, detail focused, and confident managing multiple live projects at once.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Commercially aware and solution oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.

• Based within a commutable distance of Huddersfield and willing to visit sites when required.
