A global health service company in Scotland is seeking a Client Account Support Specialist. This role involves supporting the client management team, resolving inquiries, and maintaining client relationships. An ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in a client-facing role and be fluent in Dutch and English. Within the employer health benefits segment this role will work alongside the client management team supporting them in managing their client and broker relationships. This position requires consultative thinking when decisions are needed in real time and for brokers or clients. These decisions or explanations may include how benefits are administered across platforms, the intricacies of specific products and how our networks work. The person in this role must be able to balance capability with client desire and set expectations appropriately with new and existing clients.
In addition to the above providing client and broker support in the areas of service, maintenance and penetration. Responds to moderately complex inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and service. Coordinates with client management to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted. Keeps client management informed of account status and opportunities for expanded business. Completes day-to-day Client Account Support tasks without immediate supervision.
