Location: Various sites (including housing developments)

Type: Full-time / Permanent

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Soft Landscaping Operative to join our team. You'll help deliver high-quality landscaping work across a range of sites, including new-build housing and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general soft landscaping tasks such as planting, turfing, mulching, and soil preparation
• Maintain outdoor spaces through hedge cutting, mowing, pruning, and general grounds care
• Assist with tree felling and removal (where qualified)
• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow site plans and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
• Skilled in hedge cutting and mowing
• Experience with tree felling desirable
• CSCS card preferred (some housing sites require this)
• Chainsaw certificate helpful but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
