A local government authority in the United Kingdom is seeking two Landscape Operatives to join a team focusing on all aspects of landscape maintenance including grave digging. Applicants should have knowledge of horticulture and a full driving license. The position is fixed term until December 31, 2026, and requires physical fitness and teamwork. We are looking for 2 Landscape Operatives to assist as part of a team in all aspects of landscape maintenance including grave digging operations, while adhering to relevant council policies and procedures.
Physical effort is a daily requirement of this post.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Knowledge of horticulture and full driving licence.
Working in a team carrying out pruning of shrubs, grave digging, snow clearing and grass cutting.
Fixed term for a period not exceeding 31 December 2026
