Position

Endless Summer Landscapes is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to supervise a crew of three men in our landscape maintenance department.

Responsibilities

• Coordination: Able to supervise a crew of landscapers to ensure they are working efficiently and on schedule. Able to plan for equipment and materials needed to complete jobs.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of work.
• Training: Train and oversee workers and evaluate their performance.
• Equipment: Able to operate small to medium landscape equipment.
• Communication: Able to communicate with management regarding time, equipment, and materials planning. Able to communicate with c ustomers to ensure their needs are being met.

Requirements

• Must have 5 years experience in landscape construction. Foreman experience .
• Must have driver's license.
• Must be physically fit, able to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs.
• Able to work outside in various conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
