The successful candidate will oversee Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and lead on multi-disciplinary projects, delivering impactful designs from conception through to execution. This role includes extensive client interaction and project management responsibilities while promoting innovation and collaboration. Qualifications
Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognized equivalent.
Postgraduate Diploma/Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognized equivalent.
Established track record authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.
Established track record successfully delivering landscape and urban design projects.
Responsibilities
Landscape lead on multi-disciplinary projects including urban realm and mixed-use developments.
Managing and delegating project work to junior team members.
Client facing role, involving design advice and stakeholder events.
Preparing bids ranging from small to complex multi-disciplinary projects.
Skills
Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments
Technical skills in Autodesk and Adobe Creative Suite
Fluent spoken English
Verbal and written communication
Education
Degree in Landscape Architecture
